Bostons and their families meet for outdoor play time Area residents, their children, and their canine companions can come out to enjoy this FREE event as well as games, contests, and demonstrations. There will be Canine Freestyle Dance, Flyball, and Agility demos, and the Cascade Classic, Flying Disc Dog Open. The objective of this event is to raise funds to maintain Kirkland's dog waste clean-up stations, along with the ultimate goal of creating an off-leash park in Kirkland. will be manning their booth. August 27, 2011 Marymoor Park, Redmond, WA This parade is held in conjunction with BTCWW's annual Specialty Show and with a similar format. Cost is $10 per dog and entries must be made on the official AKC form included in the Premium. You can contact dogshows@barayevents.com , find BTCWW's event and download the Premium List. All entries MUST be received by BaRay Event Services, Inc. by 6:00pm on the closing date August 10, 2011. Please prepare a one to two paragraph bio outlining your rescued Boston's story which will be read during the parade. Send it to Vicki Brunell at vickalus@gmail.com. Special ribbons will be awarded for each dog. This is an opportunity to educate people about rescue and to showcase this very important facet of our club. Your dog does NOT need to be AKC registered to participate. Judging schedules will be mailed to entrants a week prior to the show. Please enter your rescued Boston Terrier and COME JOIN THE FUN!
