Boston Terrier Rescue is part of Seattle Purebred Dog Rescue [SPDR]. SPDR is a non-profit 501c3 corporation dedicated to placing abandoned or unwanted dogs into new homes.

Poppi is a 10 year old, spayed Boston Terrier. She weighs 14 pounds. She is up to date on her shots and comes with her vet records. She has lived with cats, dogs, and older children. She loves people!
In her golden years Poppi has become less tolerant of young children and other dogs. She will need a home with no small children. Respectful children over10 would be ok. She would probably do well with a submissive dog. Or she would love to be your one and only snuggler. She is docile and calm. She is not a barker. Her favorite things are to snuggle and nap. She loves to play with her stuffed animals. She would love to go for walks and lie in the sun.

Porkchop came into rescue because he was becoming very nervous around young children. So he will need a home with no small children. Respectful children over10 would be ok.
Porkchop is always happy and loves to be with his people wherever they are. He loves to cuddle and sleep under the covers. He is very playful, likes water and loves balls! He gets along with other dogs and cats. He is good in the car and walks well on a leash. Porkchop is very smart and would also love to take an obedience class. This will help with bonding and provide clear positive communication.

We are looking for individuals or families that have that special place in their hearts to love and care for one of our senior or special needs dogs. These loving, little souls are in need of a forever home, just like the younger dogs, and in return give unconditional love and devotion.
